We contacted this company after several other companies said they were having trouble scheduling pickups for cross-country service. We went with them because they guaranteed that they could do it within our timeframe, so we gave it a try. (We have needed this type of service on multiple occasions in the past.) While they were a week past their date for pickup, we were anticipating this due to what others were saying, and we were pleasantly surprised when they did arrange the transport, all went smoothly and the car was delivered in good condition a few days earlier that we had anticipated. We would use them again. In this case, we had the benefit of some leeway in the schedule.
